Aliza Kazmi

Aliza Kazmi graduated from UC Berkeley in 2012 with a degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution and a minor in Gender and Women’s Studies. Before coming to the Ford School, Aliza worked for two years as a secondary teacher in a rural community in southeastern New Mexico. As an MPP, Aliza is a mentor through Service Learning and Trans-disciplinary Education and a Board Fellow with IHN at Alpha House. She is thrilled to be able to participate in IEDP 2015: Brazil this year and is currently working on her Portuguese if anyone ever wants to practice!
